Our Models

The right machine for every transport task

Whether open shelving for small parts or a platform for heavy loads: we select the model from the Pudu portfolio that fits your material flow – and set it up fully within your workflows.

Deployment Areas

Where autonomous transport pays off

Pudu T300 in production
Industry & Manufacturing

Transport robots supply workstations with material and carry finished parts away. Recurring routes between warehouse, assembly and dispatch run automatically – without skilled workers having to leave their station.

Logistics & Warehousing

In the warehouse, robots take over internal transport between picking, packing and goods-out. That reduces empty runs and makes the material flow predictable.

Healthcare & Hospitals

In hospitals, robots transport consumables, laundry and samples along fixed routes and relieve staff of courier runs – time that goes back into patient care.

Pudu BellaBot Pro serving in hospitality
Retail & Hospitality

Restocking from the storeroom to the sales floor, or food and drinks to the table: delivery robots take over the journeys so the team can focus on customers and guests.

24 h
Remote fault resolution

A binding part of the service package – we resolve many faults remotely before the material flow stalls.

Your team operates the handover points confidently – we set up maps, routes and workflows turnkey.

Transport Robotics at a Glance

Transport and delivery robots: autonomous material flow in your operation

Transport and delivery robots move goods, materials and small parts autonomously between fixed points – within production halls, warehouses, hospitals, hotels or sales floors. They navigate your premises independently, avoid people and obstacles, and take over exactly the journeys that cost valuable working time today. In doing so, they address one of the biggest efficiency problems in any operation: skilled staff who spend a considerable part of their day walking and fetching instead of working on their actual task.

salesmotion is a full-service integrator. We deliver not just the robot but the complete operating concept: we analyse your routes and handover points, select the right model from the curated Pudu portfolio, set up maps and routes, train your team and support ongoing operation with a service contract including binding fault-resolution times. That way, the transport robot becomes a reliable part of your material flow from day one.

How much can a transport robot carry?

That depends on the model. Compact robots transport small parts and light containers on open shelves or trays, while robust transport platforms such as the T600 are designed for larger and heavier loads. What matters is not the maximum payload alone, but the interplay of load area, path width, gradients and frequency. Which machine fits your material flow is something we determine in the site assessment – including the specific technical data of the recommended model.

How does the robot navigate around the site?

During set-up, transport and delivery robots create a digital map of your environment and then travel defined routes between start and destination points. Using cameras and sensors, they detect people, forklifts and obstacles, keep a safe distance and adjust their speed. Doors, lifts and narrow passages are taken into account during planning; where necessary, we integrate building systems technically. The camera images are used solely for navigation.

Is it worthwhile for my operation?

Autonomous transport pays off above all where many recurring journeys occur, staff are scarce or routes slow the process down. The longer and more frequent the route, the greater the leverage. Instead of blanket promises, we work with a conservative cost-effectiveness assessment for your site: we look at route lengths, frequencies and staffing costs and show transparently from what point the deployment pays for itself.

Cleaning and transport from a single ecosystem

Many operations automate not only transport but cleaning too. As a full-service integrator, we bundle both: transport and cleaning robotics with one point of contact, one monitoring platform and one service contract. Different autonomous tasks can thus be planned and operated within a single end-to-end concept.

Lift and door integration

For changing floors, integration is possible – depending on the lift system; whether and how is something we clarify on a project-specific basis. Automatic doors can be integrated in many cases.

Safety

The robots work with all-round sensors, stop at obstacles and drive with foresight – even amid pedestrian traffic.

Rollout across multiple sites

Fleet management lets you monitor several machines and sites centrally and standardise workflows.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about transport & delivery robots

Can the robot use lifts and doors?+
Yes, with the appropriate technical integration. Whether and how lifts and automatic doors are connected is something we clarify in the site assessment and factor into the planning.
How heavy can the loads be?+
That depends on the model: from light small parts, through 150 or 300 kg with the T-series, up to 600 kg with the T600 and T600 Underride. Which machine fits your material flow is something we determine in the site assessment.
How safe is operation alongside employees?+
Using cameras and sensors, the robots detect people, forklifts and obstacles, keep a safe distance and adjust their speed. The camera images are used solely for navigation.
Can the robot be scaled across multiple sites?+
Yes. As a full-service integrator, we plan and operate rollouts across multiple sites with central monitoring and a single service contract.
What happens in the event of a fault?+
We resolve many faults remotely via 24-hour remote fault resolution before the material flow stalls. Where necessary, our DACH-wide technician network attends on site.
