Pudu T600 & T600 Underride

A 600 kg payload for heavy-duty in-house transport: as the T600 with touchscreen and push assist for mixed operation alongside people – or as the flat Underride platform that drives underneath your existing roll cages, lifts them and delivers them to their destination autonomously.

Two Form Factors, One Goal

Platform on top – or underneath the trolley

Both variants share the drive system, battery and 600 kg payload. The difference lies in how the load is picked up – and therefore in the process they fit into.

Operable Platform
Pudu T600
A robust drive chassis with an integrated touchscreen and operating handle: jobs can be started directly on the device – no fleet management system required. With a push-assist switch, quick-select buttons and front lights for mixed operation with staff, plus floor projection of the travel path.
Typical: heavy containers and load carriers between warehouse, line and dispatch

Just 255 mm high: the Underride variant drives underneath roll cages, trolleys and shelf trolleys, lifts them centrally and transports them autonomously – your existing trolley logistics remain unchanged. Navigation via LiDAR SLAM, passages from 65 cm.
Typical: automating existing roll-cage processes without retrofitting

Intelligence in the Fleet

Built for operation in a fleet network

The T600 series recognises shelf groups and target slots on its own and carries out pick-up and drop-off without manual intervention. In a fleet, the system coordinates multiple robots, lifts and narrow passages – on request fully on-premises within your own IT environment.

Shelf-group recognition – identifies target slots and handles pick-up/drop-off autonomously
Intelligent lift selection – prioritises free lifts and avoids peak-time congestion in multi-floor traffic
Narrow-passage traffic strategy – dynamically switches between single- and dual-lane operation depending on path width and load dimensions
VDA5050 & on-premises – standardised connection to fleet management systems and other makes, optionally operated within your own infrastructure
Safety & Operation

Heavy loads, safe alongside people

At 600 kg, predictable behaviour matters most: the T600 series displays its travel path, dynamically avoids obstacles and responds autonomously to alarm signals in the building. With 12 hours of runtime, 2-hour fast charging and a swappable battery, it is designed for continuous operation.

Floor projection (T600) – projects a warning marking in front of the robot, making the travel path visible
Dynamic obstacle avoidance – detects even low obstacles and steers around them autonomously
Hazard avoidance function – receives fire alarm signals, for example, and moves to a safe area on its own
Push assist (T600) – via the handle switch, the robot can easily be manoeuvred by hand even under a heavy load

Pudu T600: autonomous heavy-duty transport up to 600 kg

The Pudu T600 series is designed for the in-house transport of heavy loads: up to 600 kg per trip significantly reduces the number of journeys and makes the material flow in warehouses and production more predictable. The series comprises two form factors: the T600 as an operable platform with touchscreen, push assist and floor projection – and the T600 Underride, an underride platform just 255 mm high that drives underneath roll cages and trolleys, lifts them centrally and transports them autonomously. This allows existing trolley logistics to be automated without any need to retrofit trolleys or processes.

salesmotion delivers the T600 series as a fully integrated solution: we analyse your material flow on site, select the right variant, set up maps, slots and routes, and connect lifts, doors and – via the VDA5050 standard – existing fleet management systems. During live operation, our team monitors the devices remotely; for maintenance and repairs, our DACH-wide technician network is on hand.

When the T600, when the T600 Underride?

The T600 is the right choice when loads are carried on the robot and staff are meant to operate the device directly – jobs are started on the touchscreen, no fleet management system required. The T600 Underride fits when your operation already works with roll cages: it takes over the existing trolleys and merely requires sufficient underride clearance. Both variants share payload, battery and driving behaviour and can be combined in a single fleet.

How does the T600 fit into existing systems?

Via the VDA5050 standard, the T600 series communicates with compatible fleet management systems and robots from other manufacturers – without bespoke development or elaborate interface projects. For operations with strict IT requirements, the system supports on-premises deployment within your own infrastructure. We connect lifts and electric doors via IoT modules; in a fleet, the system prioritises free lifts and dynamically regulates traffic at narrow passages between single- and dual-lane operation.

How safe is a 600 kg robot alongside staff?

The T600 series detects even low obstacles and steers around them autonomously. The T600 additionally projects a warning marking onto the floor, making the travel path visible to staff. A dedicated avoidance module responds to building signals such as fire alarms: the robot moves to a safe area on its own or parks in a suitable spot. Traffic rules, priority zones and speed zones are defined together during the site assessment.

Buy, lease or rent the T600?

salesmotion offers the T600 series with flexible models – from purchase and leasing through to rental. Instead of sweeping promises, we work with a conservative cost-effectiveness analysis for your operation: path lengths, loads, frequencies and staff costs all feed in, and we show transparently at what point the deployment pays off. Before any decision, a demonstration directly on your premises is available on request.

Data protection and cameras

The cameras are used exclusively for navigation and obstacle avoidance; processing complies with the GDPR. On request, we provide your IT department and works council with the full documentation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the T600 series

Will the Underride work with our existing roll cages?+
In many cases, yes – the deciding factors are underride clearance, trolley dimensions and a total weight of up to 600 kg. That is exactly what we check in the site assessment using your actual trolleys. Where individual trolley types do not fit, we point out alternatives before any decision is made.
Do we need a fleet management system to operate it?+
No. The T600 navigates autonomously using sensors and mapping – a fixed guidance system or floor tracks are not required.
Can the T600 series use lifts to reach other floors?+
For floor changes, a connection is possible – depending on the lift system – and is assessed on a project-specific basis.
What happens in the event of a fire alarm?+
In the event of an alarm, the robot stops or moves to the side to keep escape routes clear. A connection to the building or fire alarm systems is possible on a project-specific basis.
Can I buy, lease or rent the T600?+
All operating models are available: purchase, leasing, rental or Robot as a Service (RaaS). We recommend the right model as part of the consultation.
