The workhorse among delivery robots: up to 40 kg payload across up to 7 tiers, markerless VSLAM+ navigation and a modular accessory programme – from the enclosed Protection Case to the automatic charging station. A robot that adapts to your operation, not the other way round.

With PUDU VSLAM+, the PuduBot 2 navigates without ceiling markers – according to the manufacturer, this cuts commissioning time by 75% and works even in environments with ceiling heights of up to 30 m. Two LiDAR sensors capture the surroundings in 360 degrees, and the revised chassis compensates for uneven floors.

Ex works, the PuduBot 2 comes with three trays (52 × 43.2 cm each), expandable to up to seven tiers at a total payload of 40 kg. It carries several orders, material crates or dishes in a single run – and switches between operating modes via software.
With 12 to 15 hours of battery runtime and automatic recharging via the optional charging station, the PuduBot 2 covers entire shifts. Tasks can be assigned with a single click via the Pudu Watch or Pudu Pager, and open interfaces integrate the robot into your infrastructure.

The PuduBot 2 is designed as an open platform: using Pudu's original accessories, we tailor it to your deployment – from hygienic, enclosed food transport to integration with automatic doors. We work out the right combination in the site assessment.
Enclosed attachment with magnetically opening doors: turns the open trays into a covered transport compartment – for hygienic food transport or protected goods across several tiers.
Automatic charging station for low-interruption operation: the robot docks on its own and is ready again for the next shift – no manual plugging in.
Calling system for kitchen, counter or warehouse: tasks are handed over to the robot at the press of a button – no detour via a terminal.
Smartwatch for service staff: call robots, assign destinations and receive status updates – straight from the wrist, anywhere on the floor.
Permanently mounted drink holder for the safe transport of open drinks – even through changes of direction and on uneven floors.
Control components for automatic doors and turnstiles: the robot opens passages on its own and delivers across area boundaries – part of our integration into your building infrastructure.

Serving several tables per run, dish return and floor service – with the Protection Case also for enclosed, hygienic food transport.

Material transport on wards and between functional areas – relieves nursing staff of errands, and with the door control module also across area boundaries.

Internal delivery routes in stores, office buildings and production environments – thanks to mapping of up to 40,000 m², also on very large floors and semi-outdoor.
Ready to run from day one: our technicians map your floor, set up routes and accessories, and look after live operation – remotely and on site.
Mapping of the floor, definition of routes, destinations and charging points – on site by our team.
Selection, fitting and set-up of the Protection Case, calling systems and door integration – tailored to your deployment.
Instruction of staff and managers in operation, modes and daily routines – so the robot is embraced in everyday use.
Adjustment of routes and destinations plus assistance during live operation – without a technician having to travel.
Support via WhatsApp, phone and email – short paths instead of ticket loops.
DACH-wide technician network and remote support for live operation.
The Pudu PuduBot 2 is the newly revised generation of the most widely deployed delivery robot from Pudu Robotics. It carries up to 40 kg on three tiers as standard – a maximum of seven – and navigates completely markerless with PUDU VSLAM+: commissioning requires no ceiling markers and, according to the manufacturer, works at ceiling heights of up to 30 m. Two LiDAR sensors capture the surroundings in 360 degrees, and the revised chassis ensures stable travel on different floor coverings, including in semi-outdoor areas. With a mapping area of up to 40,000 m², the PuduBot 2 is also suited to very large sites.
salesmotion does not deliver the PuduBot 2 as a device “out of the box”, but as a fully integrated solution: our technicians map your floor, set up routes, destinations and accessories, and train your team. During live operation, we look after every unit through our remote team and the DACH-wide technician network.
The PuduBot 2 is designed as a modular platform. The original accessory programme includes the enclosed Protection Case with magnetically opening doors for hygienic food transport, the automatic charging station for low-interruption continuous operation, the Pudu Pager and Pudu 4G Watch calling systems for task assignment at the press of a button, a permanently mounted drink holder, and control components for automatic doors and turnstiles. Via the IoT interfaces (Type-C, 4G, LoRa, Wi-Fi) and the open PUDU OS platform, the robot can additionally be integrated into existing systems.
In hospitality, the PuduBot 2 serves several tables per run and takes over dish return. In hotels, hospitals and care facilities, it relieves staff of errands – with the Protection Case and door control module also across area boundaries. In retail, offices and operations, it handles internal delivery routes on large floors. Four operating modes – delivery, cruise, dish return and birthday mode – cover the typical tasks and can be switched via software.
The manufacturer states a battery runtime of 12 to 15 hours, depending on load and usage profile; the charge time is 4 hours. In combination with the automatic charging station, the robot recharges itself between assignments and is ready again without manual intervention – reliably covering long operating hours as well.
salesmotion offers the PuduBot 2 with flexible models – from purchase and leasing through to rental. Which option suits your operation depends on floor area, purpose and term.
