The delivery robot that rides the lift by itself: FlashBot delivers across floors in hotels and office buildings – secure, locked and UV-sterilised on request. From reception to the room door, without staff walking alongside.
Via a cloud-based IoT connection, the FlashBot communicates with lifts and building systems: it calls the lift, selects the floor and delivers right to the room door or office – without anyone riding along. This is exactly where we come in as an integrator: we handle the coordination with the lift manufacturer and building services.
The modular compartment system adapts to the task: 2 to 4 adjustable, locked compartments for amenities, post, documents or food. The integrated UV lamp sterilises the interior at up to 99.9 % – and can be switched off when needed.
Three RGBD cameras and an adapted lidar give the FlashBot precise 3D perception: it detects even low and overhanging obstacles and takes flexible evasive action. PUDU SLAM fuses lidar, camera, UWB, RGBD and IMU – for reliable journeys in complex environments.
Accept the order, call the robot, place the items in the locked compartment – select the destination floor, done.
FlashBot calls the lift, travels to the floor and automatically announces its arrival at the destination.
The recipient collects the delivery and the FlashBot returns on its own – ready for the next order.
