Serves, advertises – and monitors your shelves: on autonomous monitoring runs, the BellaBot Pro photographs the shelf front, a cloud vision model detects out-of-stock positions and reports restocking needs straight to the app. Plus four trays with 40 kg payload and an 18.5-inch advertising display.

The BellaBot Pro autonomously travels a defined monitoring route through the store and photographs the shelves with its RGB camera. The images are uploaded to the cloud in real time, where a vision model detects and marks out-of-stock positions. Your store team receives the restocking needs directly in the app – by schedule or frequency, as often as you like.

The BellaBot Pro travels the monitoring route and positions itself 0.5–0.8 m in front of the shelf – by schedule or frequency.

The RGB camera photographs the shelf front – approx. 2 × 2 m per shot. Image, capture point and time are uploaded to the cloud in real time.

The vision model detects and marks out-of-stock positions and stores the analysed photos along with additional information.

The app reports the monitoring status and reminds the team to restock – photos searchable by device, time, point or out-of-stock status.

Images and videos run on the 18.5-inch advertising display – centred in the customers' line of sight. Instead of waiting at a fixed spot, the BellaBot Pro brings promotions and brands to wherever customers happen to be, extending the reach of your advertising from the promotional stand to the entire floor.
The vehicle-grade chassis with adaptive, shock-absorbing suspension transports even porridge, soups and drinks without spilling. Tray lighting and a voice announcement show guests which dish is theirs – and visual detection registers the pick-up automatically.

Markerless VSLAM+ positioning maps areas of up to 200,000 m² without modifying the environment – even with ceiling heights of up to 30 m. Two front cameras, three RGBD sensors and one lidar cover the entire front: the robot stops automatically at obstacles and smoothly continues on its way.

Shelf monitoring on autonomous runs: photograph shelves, detect out-of-stock via AI, report restocking needs to the app – combined with advertising on the display and promotional goods on the trays.

Serves multiple tables per run, announces dishes, handles dish return – and promotes daily specials and offers on the display.

Greets guests, guides them to destinations in guiding mode and runs promotional routes across large high-traffic areas – thanks to VSLAM+ even under high ceilings.

The Pudu BellaBot Pro is an autonomous delivery and advertising robot with four trays, an 18.5-inch advertising display – and one feature that sets it apart in retail: shelf monitoring. On autonomous monitoring runs it photographs the store's shelves with its RGB camera; a cloud vision model detects and marks out-of-stock positions and reports restocking needs to the store team via the app. In hospitality it plays its classic role: it serves multiple tables per run, uses its camera to detect when a dish has been picked up, and continues its route independently.
salesmotion does not deliver the BellaBot Pro as an "out-of-the-box" device but as a fully integrated solution: our technicians map the floor, define routes and approach points and set up the advertising content. In day-to-day operation, our Munich remote team supports every machine, and the DACH-wide technician network is on hand for on-site call-outs.
Shelf monitoring is automated shelf surveillance by robot. The BellaBot Pro travels a defined monitoring route, positions itself 0.5 to 0.8 m in front of the shelf and photographs the shelf front with its RGB camera – one shot covers around 2 × 2 m; longer and taller shelves are captured via multiple points. The images are uploaded to the cloud in real time, where a vision model detects and marks out-of-stock positions. The app reports the monitoring status, reminds the team to restock and allows image search by device, time, point or out-of-stock status. The restocking decision stays with the store team: the system shows shelf gaps in the image but does not determine SKU, unit count or stock rate. Detection works most reliably on standard supermarket shelving with shape-stable products – without training, the detection rate is around 50%; with about one month of scenario-specific training it exceeds 90%.
In retail, the BellaBot Pro takes on three tasks: shelf monitoring, promotion and product presentation. Shelf monitoring runs automatically in the background by schedule or frequency – the robot photographs the shelves, the AI marks gaps, and the store team restocks in a targeted way instead of walking the aisles. In parallel, it works as a mobile advertising medium: images and videos run on the 18.5-inch advertising display, controlled centrally as playlists via the Pudu management platform – frequency and order freely definable. Promotional goods are presented directly on the trays; in cruise mode, the robot travels defined routes and invites customers to help themselves via voice prompts. This way, the promotional space travels with the robot through the entire store instead of waiting at a fixed stand. As the MediaBot XL, we also operate the BellaBot Pro as a bookable advertising medium for advertisers.
In its classic role, the BellaBot Pro serves multiple tables per run – with four trays and a total payload of 40 kg. The vehicle-grade chassis with adaptive, shock-absorbing suspension transports even soups, porridge and drinks without spilling. At the table, tray lighting and a voice announcement show guests which dish is theirs; visual detection registers the pick-up and the robot moves on. Five operating modes – delivery, cruise, guiding, return and birthday – cover the complete service workflow.
Thanks to markerless VSLAM+ positioning, there is no need to stick markers to the ceiling – according to Pudu, this cuts installation time by up to 75%. The technology maps areas of up to 200,000 m² and also works with ceiling heights of up to 30 m, for example in shopping centres or market halls. At salesmotion, technicians handle the complete initial set-up on site: mapping, routes, approach points and advertising content. The swappable battery keeps the robot in operation while a second battery charges.
