Warehouse with adjoining production – wet-cleaned during ongoing operations

Production facility with a large warehouse. The LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro wet-cleans the hall floor autonomously – even during the day, while forklifts, materials and staff are on the move.

1,995 m² cleaned autonomously per run 93% cleaning coverage In operation 78 obstacles safely avoided
Starting Point

Cleaning without stopping operations

Dust, tyre marks and dirt build up quickly in warehouses and production halls. Thorough wet cleaning ties up staff – and is difficult to schedule reliably during ongoing operations, with forklift traffic and changing occupancy.

What was needed was a solution that cleans the hall floor reliably and with documentation, without interrupting workflows and without creating a safety risk for pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
