The LuckiBot Pro transports on three adjustable trays with a payload of 15 kg each – up to 60 kg in total per trip. The torsion-bar suspension compensates for uneven floors so food and goods arrive safely, and the collection mode makes clearing across multiple stations efficient too.
With a 14-inch Full HD display and a 6-microphone array, the LuckiBot Pro is more than a transporter: it understands voice commands even in noisy environments, guides guests to their table on its own and uses idle time for advertising and promotions on screen.
A 240° LiDAR and a triple 3D depth camera capture the surroundings omnidirectionally. Small obstacles are detected quickly and precisely, and positioning works to the centimetre – even in complex, busy environments.

During idle time it plays advertising and information on its 14-inch Full HD display. Via the manufacturer's open interfaces it can also be connected to your own applications.
In typical use the LuckiBot Pro runs for around 12 hours on a single battery charge. When the charge level drops, it returns to the automatic charging dock on its own and is fully charged again after 4.5 hours – reliably covering a complete business day.
