Interaction & Advertising

Greets guests, guides them to their table, plays advertising

With a 14-inch Full HD display and a 6-microphone array, the LuckiBot Pro is more than a transporter: it understands voice commands even in noisy environments, guides guests to their table on its own and uses idle time for advertising and promotions on screen.

97% speech recognition rate – 6-microphone array with 360° sound source localisation, reliable up to 75 dB ambient noise
Guest guidance – recognises voice commands, plans the optimal route and accompanies guests to their table
Advertising playback – videos and images on the 14" display, centrally managed
Navigation & Safety

Sees clearly, drives safely

A 240° LiDAR and a triple 3D depth camera capture the surroundings omnidirectionally. Small obstacles are detected quickly and precisely, and positioning works to the centimetre – even in complex, busy environments.

OrionStar LuckiBot Pro: the AI delivery robot for hospitality, retail and care

The OrionStar LuckiBot Pro is an autonomous delivery and service robot that combines transport, guest guidance and advertising in a single machine. Across three adjustable trays it carries up to 60 kg per trip – from menus in hospitality to promotional goods in retail. Its torsion-bar suspension ensures smooth running on different floors, and the industry-exclusive plate-recognition camera identifies dishes automatically. With a 240° LiDAR, three 3D depth cameras and centimetre-accurate positioning it moves safely even through busy environments.

salesmotion delivers the LuckiBot Pro as a fully integrated solution: our technicians create the site maps, define destinations and routes and set up the content for the display. In day-to-day operation we look after every machine through our remote team and the DACH-wide technician network.

What sets the LuckiBot Pro apart from a classic serving robot?

The LuckiBot Pro is designed for mixed operation: it serves and clears, greets guests via AI voice interaction with a 97% recognition rate and guides them along the optimal route to their table or department. During idle time it plays advertising and information on its 14-inch Full HD display. Via the manufacturer's open interfaces it can also be connected to your own applications.

How long does the LuckiBot Pro run at a stretch?

In typical use the LuckiBot Pro runs for around 12 hours on a single battery charge. When the charge level drops, it returns to the automatic charging dock on its own and is fully charged again after 4.5 hours – reliably covering a complete business day.

Buy, lease or rent the LuckiBot Pro?

salesmotion offers the LuckiBot Pro with flexible models – from purchase and leasing through to rental. Which option fits depends on floor space, use case and term.
