The 10.1-inch touchscreen at the head and the 27-inch HD display on the body work in sync: advertising content runs on both screens at the same time – as an image, video or interactive application. That turns the LuckiBot Plus into a mobile advertising medium that reaches customers exactly where they are standing.
The LuckiBot Plus recognises voice commands with 97% accuracy, even at up to 75 dB of ambient noise, and plans the optimal route to the destination on its own. As a tour guide, it leads visitors along defined waypoints and delivers the right content at every station.
LiDAR and visual SLAM navigation detect obstacles with a reaction time from 0.5 seconds. If the battery level drops below 10%, the robot returns to the charging station on its own. Additional hardware can be connected directly to the machine via the expansion interfaces.

The OrionStar LuckiBot Plus is an autonomous marketing and service robot whose hallmark is the combination of two screens: the 10.1-inch touchscreen at the head handles interaction, the 27-inch HD display on the body handles large-format advertising – both running in sync. The LuckiBot Pro is designed for delivery – with three tray levels and a payload of up to 60 kg. The LuckiBot Plus does without trays and instead focuses entirely on promotion and interaction: a large 27-inch advertising display, touchscreen, tour-guide function and expansion interfaces for additional hardware. If you want advertising and customer guidance, choose the Plus; if you need transport, the Pro.
In retail, it travels defined routes as an advertising medium and draws attention to promotions. At reception, it greets visitors in over 30 languages and guides them to their destination. At trade fairs and in showrooms, it runs guided tours along fixed waypoints – with the right content at every station. Via the hardware interfaces (USB-A, 12 V, network), additional devices such as printers or scanners can be connected, for instance for dispensing vouchers and cards.
