Two screens, one message

The 10.1-inch touchscreen at the head and the 27-inch HD display on the body work in sync: advertising content runs on both screens at the same time – as an image, video or interactive application. That turns the LuckiBot Plus into a mobile advertising medium that reaches customers exactly where they are standing.

27-inch advertising display – large-format HD advertising (1080 × 1920), in sync with the touchscreen
Cruise advertising – freely definable patrol routes and times, active customer engagement on the move
More than advertising – product presentations, voucher distribution or sales campaigns directly at the machine

Guidance & Interaction

Understands what customers are looking for – and takes them there

The LuckiBot Plus recognises voice commands with 97% accuracy, even at up to 75 dB of ambient noise, and plans the optimal route to the destination on its own. As a tour guide, it leads visitors along defined waypoints and delivers the right content at every station.

Over 30 languages – international customers are greeted and guided in their own language
Tour-guide function – guided tours along freely definable waypoints, ideal for exhibitions and showrooms
6-microphone array – 360° sound-source localisation with a 5 m range
Navigation & Expandability

Precise on the move, open for more

LiDAR and visual SLAM navigation detect obstacles with a reaction time from 0.5 seconds. If the battery level drops below 10%, the robot returns to the charging station on its own. Additional hardware can be connected directly to the machine via the expansion interfaces.

LiDAR + vision SLAM – precise navigation with visual obstacle detection, reaction time from 0.5 s
IR camera positioning – reliable docking at the charging station and marker positions
Hardware expansion – USB-A, 12 V connector and network interface for additional devices such as card printers or scanners
Automatic charging – returns to the station on its own below 10% battery, fully charged in 5 h

LuckiBot Plus at a Glance

OrionStar LuckiBot Plus: the marketing robot with a 27-inch display

The OrionStar LuckiBot Plus is an autonomous marketing and service robot whose hallmark is the combination of two screens: the 10.1-inch touchscreen at the head handles interaction, the 27-inch HD display on the body handles large-format advertising – both running in sync. That gives it a presence on the floor no static screen can match: it drives to where the customers are, engages them actively and, on request, guides them to the product, department or exhibit they are looking for.

salesmotion delivers the LuckiBot Plus as a fully integrated solution: our technicians create the site maps, define patrol routes and waypoints and set up the advertising content for both displays. In day-to-day operation, our team maintains the content, and every machine is looked after by our remote team and the DACH-wide technician network.

What sets the LuckiBot Plus apart from the LuckiBot Pro?

The LuckiBot Pro is designed for delivery – with three tray levels and a payload of up to 60 kg. The LuckiBot Plus does without trays and instead focuses entirely on promotion and interaction: a large 27-inch advertising display, touchscreen, tour-guide function and expansion interfaces for additional hardware. If you want advertising and customer guidance, choose the Plus; if you need transport, the Pro.

Which tasks does the LuckiBot Plus handle day to day?

In retail, it travels defined routes as an advertising medium and draws attention to promotions. At reception, it greets visitors in over 30 languages and guides them to their destination. At trade fairs and in showrooms, it runs guided tours along fixed waypoints – with the right content at every station. Via the hardware interfaces (USB-A, 12 V, network), additional devices such as printers or scanners can be connected, for instance for dispensing vouchers and cards.

Buy, lease or rent the LuckiBot Plus?

salesmotion offers the LuckiBot Plus with flexible models – from purchase and leasing to rental for events and campaigns. Which option fits depends on floor space, use case and term. In the consultation, we work through location, deployment concept and profitability together – conservatively calculated and transparent.

Data protection and cameras

The cameras are used exclusively for navigation and obstacle avoidance; processing complies with the GDPR. You control display and media content yourself. On request, we provide your IT team and works council with the full documentation.
