Starting Point

Many trips, little time for the guest

Per shift, service staff cover many trips between the dining room and the dishwashing area – time that is then missing for advising and attending to guests.

In the kitchen, the floor has to be thoroughly cleaned every day: slip-resistant and hygienic. The BellaBot takes over the trips for dishes, the i-mop handles the daily finish in the kitchen and bar area.
