High-traffic areas are cleaned again in the afternoon, while the MT1 checks the area for dirt using AI. A staff member covers corners, edges and back-of-house areas with the i-mop 40 Pro.
4,500 m² of sales area need to be wet-cleaned every day. Traditionally, this ties up staff for hours, and the result varies with workload and time pressure. What was needed was a cleaning process that reliably delivers the same standard – without disrupting ongoing operations.
The solution: two R3 Scrub Pro for autonomous wet cleaning, one Pudu MT1 for pre-sweeping and AI inspection, plus a staff member who specifically covers corners, edges and back-of-house areas with the i-mop 40 Pro. The robots are monitored centrally from salesmotion Monitoring – one point of contact, one system.
The sales area is split into two zones, each assigned to one robot. Runs start on a staggered schedule outside peak hours – monitored from our central monitoring system.
Pre-sweeps in the morning before any water touches the floor. In the afternoon it drives the area again and scans it for dirt using AI – the basis for targeted follow-up cleaning.
What the robots can't reach is covered specifically by a staff member: corners, edges and back-of-house areas with the agile hand-guided scrubber dryer.
Before the store opens, the area gets a thorough clean: the MT1 pre-sweeps, immediately followed by the two R3 Scrub Pro wet-cleaning zone by zone. During the day, the staff member covers edges and back-of-house areas with the i-mop 40 Pro. In the afternoon, an interim clean follows for high-traffic areas – along with an AI-supported inspection round by the MT1.
The Pudu MT1 pre-sweeps the zones – dust, crumbs and loose dirt removed before any water touches the floor.
Both R3 Scrub Pro wet-clean their zone – the day's full clean, completed before the store opens.
Targeted follow-up cleaning of high-traffic areas during ongoing operation – where most dirt accumulates during the day.
The MT1 drives across the area and detects new dirt using AI – the basis for the next deployment.
